Idam offers a naturally beautiful venue that can be adapted according to your guest count, event layout and preferred atmosphere.
Idam primarily provides the venue, existing facilities and basic site support. Event planning, décor, catering and specialised services are arranged by the customer unless separately confirmed in writing.

Customers may appoint their preferred event/decor, catering, photography and other service teams. All teams must follow the venue’s setup timings, power limits, access rules and property-protection guidelines.

Natural light, traditional architecture, textured walls, water features, tiled roofs and landscaped greenery make Idam a versatile location for visual productions.
The property is suitable for pre-wedding photography, family shoots, fashion content, brand campaigns, editorial photography, interviews and filming.
Different areas of the property offer a variety of backgrounds without requiring major temporary changes. Shoot duration, crew size, equipment, vehicle access and power requirements should be communicated while booking.

Site Visit & Confirmation
Visit the property, understand the available spaces and facilities, review the venue guidelines and confirm the booking with the required advance payment.
Event Coordination
Finalise the event layout, décor, catering, power requirements, setup schedule and service teams. All major arrangements should be communicated to Idam before the event.
Event Day
The customer and appointed teams receive access according to the confirmed schedule. Setup, event activities, dismantling and waste removal must be completed within the agreed timings.

Available Facilities
External Catering
Customers may appoint their preferred caterer. Cooking and kitchen facilities are not available within the property. Food must be prepared externally and served according to the venue guidelines.
Existing Furniture
Basic seating and dining arrangements for approximately 50 people, along with the existing furniture available on the property. Additional furniture must be arranged by the customer or event team.
Parking & Event Access
Dedicated parking is available for more than 75 vehicles. Event/decor teams must coordinate unloading and setup access in advance. Vehicles are not permitted inside the event lawn or grass areas.
Lighting & Power
Basic property lighting and power points are available. Up to 5 kVA may be used for additional event/decor requirements. Any requirement above this limit must be supported by an additional generator arranged by the customer or event team.
Easy Arrival & Event Access
A smooth event begins with clear coordination before guests and service teams arrive.
Idam has dedicated parking away from the main event lawn. Customers should share the parking and access instructions with their guests, drivers, catering teams and event/decor teams.
Material unloading, vendor entry and setup timing must be coordinated in advance so that the property and landscaped areas remain protected.
